4 elements are examined to bring about self-healing. Discernment is needed to discover the lesson that is to be integrated to unblock that which created an imbalance. This discernment helps you to identify which energies to integrate and which to release. In order to truly heal, you must let go of old programming so that new may be instituted. This allows new energy patterns to form to bring about new outcomes.
